About
The 'Liberation' handling box considers Jewish survivors' experiences after their liberation from the concentration camps. It presents different aspects of their post-liberation experience such as physical rehabilitation, attempts to reclaim identities, and efforts to share first-hand accounts by giving testimony as well as using art as a form of self-expression. Explore what liberation was like for amny survivors by handling objects from the time. Free workshop with museum admission charge. Limited places. Suitable for age 9+ with parental guidance.
