The Renaissance at Kelham Hall invites guests to make Christmas truly memorable with a magical festive family day out. Families can come together and enjoy the seasonal atmosphere as the Hall and grounds are transformed for Christmas. With plenty to see, do and enjoy, the event offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, spend quality time together and create special memories that will last long after the holidays.
From the moment visitors arrive, they will find festive surprises around every corner, with entertainment for all ages. Santa will also be making a very special appearance. Guests can step inside Santa’s magical grotto, meet him in person, greet his reindeer and enjoy a truly unforgettable Christmas experience. Santa’s Grotto tickets are sold separately, with dedicated sessions available for children with additional needs and disabilities, providing a quieter and more relaxed visit.

Children visiting Santa will receive a specially wrapped gift. Time slots will be provided before the event, and guests are asked to arrive at least 5 minutes before their allocated time. Late arrivals will be accommodated where possible, but rescheduling cannot be guaranteed and tickets are non‑refundable.
Only children visiting Santa require a grotto ticket. Parents and guardians do not need one unless they would like a gift themselves.
Food, drinks and face painting are not included in the admission ticket and will require payment on the day.
